What is your refund/return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a replacement.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped.
I have peanut allergy? is it peanut free?
Strup Spice contains peanuts, we do not recommend using Strup Spice if you have a peanut allergy
Is it very hot and spicy?
On the Scoville Heat Units (SHU) scale, Strup Spice ranks between 50,000 SHU and 100,000 SHU
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States
